(iii) All posted parcels incur a postage and packaging charge.
We can deliver to most addresses in New Zealand, including post office boxes and rural delivery.
Additional charges may apply to rural delivery.
Our shipping days are normally Wednesday and Friday, however when possible we ship other business day.
Products are usually delivered within 3 working days after being dispatched from Full Circle. Allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.
If you have not received your parcel by end of day of the 3rd business day please notify Full Circle for tracking details.
Rural Delivery or delivery to remote places may take an extra 1-2 business days.
Please note that once your product leaves our premises, any delivery delays are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
Need product in a hurray? Let us know and we can arrange courier delivery at an additional cost.
Security of your product
All products are dispatched with a tracking number and if necessary we can track your parcels whereabouts.
For your convenience we do not use the signature required courier service. If you won’t be home, or if your area is unsafe for the product to be left, please notify us of a safe address.
Product can be particularly vulnerable to theft in school holidays, we cannot be responsible for stolen product once delivered.
Out of stock:
We do our best to keep all our products in stock. If you see the out of stock notice on a product you are wanting please check with us directly as there may be one left in our stock room or we can advise on when the product will next be available
The majority of our stock online is the same that used in our clinic. This means that, on occasion, something may sell in the clinic at the same time it sells online. If this happens to you, we will solve it in a manner you are happy with.
